I purchased the sims3 Korean version but i never appear in "My Games"

Hi, Im a The Sims3 user in Korea.

on January 1st(Korean time), I purchased Sims3 Delux so I got a Sims3 original and an Ambition expansion pack in "My Games" category...

I downloaded only the original and played it but I found it playing difficullt because of its English supporting...

so next day, I newly bought the Sims3 original Korean version alone...and requested a return for the delux package...(it is still processing)

But I cant download the Korean version one because it hasnt appeared in "My Games" category...

I even purchased 2 times....

can you help me?

This is an open forum of users helping users and accounts can not be accessed here. There is a way to change the language of the game with out having to repurchase. I'm guessing you can only have one version of the game/pack in Origin at one time and the return needs to finish processing before your new purchase will appear. It may take some time for the return to process. You can online chat with an EA game consultant at - Contact EA They may be able to unravel the process and speed it up.
