I have a problem change my email address because I do'nt remember the security question.
The E-mail address server NANA10 closed and transferred to the server OUTLOOK
But when I Clicks to send an email to recovery, I does't get the e-mail.
and I forgot how I wrote the answer to the security question even though I know the answer/
I buy new packages. And I'm trying to install them.
When I logged https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html I get .....
