I lost my sims 3 pets disc and code

I had it on my Origin account, but when I restarted my computer it was gone. It wouldn't let me download it again, even though I was able to install Island Paradise and Into the Future again. Do I have to buy it again?

I also bought this a long time ago, so I don't have proof of purchase, other than the case.

Okay, another update. I should try looking harder. I found the disc.

@wingedratTM  Unfortunately the discs are generic and the software on the disc is dated. The disc (all TS3 discs) contain the DRM that the game was released with in 2009. In 2012 that DRM that was removed and replaced by Origin. When you purchase the game you do not "own" the software. What you are paying for is the license to use the software (game). This is in the form of a code on the a card that comes with the disc that has to be used to activate the license. To restore your pack would be a the discretion of EA customer service - link - EA customer service
