Hello!

So I bought a digital copy of Sims 3 on 2009, I had the game for a very short time, I registered it on the Sims 3 website. Then my computered died with the game inside, somehow, the disc wasn't there when they delivered the computer, I tried to contact them but it never happened. I lost the disc but I still have my code. I registered the game but I no longer have the account, don't know the email or anything else, I really want to recover my game, what can I do?
