I have deleted the email address

Hi!

I made an e-mail address to an account for my Sims(at sims3.com) and then I deleted that e-mail address. I registered all my games (7 Sims with expansions) with that account.

Now I have a new Windows 8.1, so I had to re-install the games, and I cannot register again the codes because I have forgotten that e-mail which I deleted.( I know that username) I tried register the codes with a new account but I didn't manage to..

What can I do?
