I had to reinstall origin and expansion packs are gone

I have tried everything, they say I have them in my library but they aren't there.

They are probably just a bit hidden  Could you check if this post helps you?: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/FAQ-New-Origin-Layout-for-The-Sims-3-Expansion-Packs/td-p/464139...  It should help you find The Sims 3 packs in the new Origin layout.
