I got banned on Sims 3

Hello EA,

I was just wondering how long does it take to get unbanned from the Sims 3 community when it's my first ban. The date when this happend was March 19th or the 20th and I couldn't interact with any of the members or do simports. My Sims 3 persona name is 2345667. Thank you I hope you can try to fix this problem.

EA Answer HQ cannot do anything about bans, but what we can do is tell you how to dispute and appeal a ban

The general ban dispute email is accountdisputes@ea.com
