I forgot my password for my Sims 3 account and cannot retrieve it.

Whenever I click on the "forgot my password" button, it brings me to the Origin website and there is no "retrieve password" button.

the accounts are linked so the origin email and password is the one you use on the sims 3 if you change the email and  password in origin that's the one to use UNLESS you used two different emails and passwords then contact CS to assist with merging the accounts or for account related issues you need to contact CS
