I dont know my product code

I don't know what my product code is. I am tyring to download it on a new computer and am unable to activate it without a product code. I logged into sims3 online and there is nowhere in my dashboard to obtain it. also in origin download manager i am selecting redeem product code but its asking me to enter in something i dont know. Can you please send me my code since i purchased the game and a few expansion packs.

log into your origin account go to my games click the i  your code is there if your game is there in origin you can download the digital version of your game
