I didn't get Roaring heights, clothes.. Help?

Just today I purchased points, the city Roaring heights and business clothes, but I only got the points, no city or clothes.. Help, please?

did you buy only simpoints ? the world cannot be bought with simpoints it has to be bought as a bundle

If you bought world through Origin you get the Standard Version without the Boardwalk Attire. The Boardwalk Venue is also NOT included in this bundle and needs to purchased separately a the Sims 3 Store.
