I cannont download Sims 3 Stuff Pack

Why do I keep getting "error ocurred while downloading" message when I try to download my games? It is not my internet connection or my security programs. I have reported the issue twice and have been trying to dowload for 6 days now.

Could some one give me some info on this.

hi there see this thread here and if your having the same issue on page 2 is ahow to generate a report and get an ID report number to post there
