About a month ago I helped my daugther start Sims 3 on or family computor. Now unfortunately, I can't remeber her Origin or Sims id, so she can't play her Sims game any more. I tried creating a new account, which worked but it's impossible to start the Sims game since the code for the game can't be used because it says it's already been used. I don't know what to do.

Not even the email you can remember? Is the game still installed on the computer that you first installed it on? It would be a little easier possibly if it was

contact CS as they can assist with lost/forgotten/merge accounts
the code for the game is tied to the first account so even of you try to redeem the code to the second account you'll get and invalid or code used already message
