I can't download anything about the store！

I‘m in China,and I still using the IE Browser. I bought something in the Sim3 store and when I open my Purchase History I can see all the things that I have bought.Then I click on the download ,but it's not work normal.

It informed：此网页上某些内容或文件所需的程序尚未安装
