I can not register Sims 3 Pets or Showtime games

The Game code to register both games and receive the free stuff shows as invalid for both games. I tried it for each one and just fails each time.  I do not why because I have downloaded before from origin and registered the games with the code that is sent to the email. Help!!

Judging by by the number of threads about this issue, I think this is quite common atm.

You need to contact Customer Support. They should be able to give you an new code.

They can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat. For Live Chat, make sure to choose US as your country.
