I bought The Sims 3 Into the future through origins and it says product code invalid when I try to register it on The Sims 3 website

Did you buy it on the same account ?
You probably need to contact a game advisor for further help

If you bought it through Origin, you don't need to register it. It auto-registers.
Do you already have an account on thesims3.com with your base game on it ? If so, it should be on there already.

I already had an account through origins but when I go to the Sim3 website it's not listed as one of my games it also shows up as Unknown game when I click on it to play it
