I NEED HELP!!

I got a new expansion pack and tried to download it but it said "ERROR" so i uninstalled all expansion packs including the base game. i tried to reinstall the base game and now it is saying my serial code is invalid i need help!!!!!!!!

If you have already registered the serial code on thesims3.com website, it will not work for another install, even if it´s reinstalled on the same computer. I would recommend you try to find another serial online, the game will still work fine with another serial code.
