I Cannot dlete my stairs & rails.

So I am using a prebuilt house but I am modifying it to my taste. Anyway, I keep trying to delete the exsisting stairs and it's handrails but the only thing that deletes is the actual stairs, not the handrails. I've tried these: having tha rails option on and off when you install stairs; TestingCheatsEnabled True and False; MoveObjects On and Off. Now this house has 3 sets of the same stairs and rails. I have succesfully deleted 2 of the 3. I tried moving all objects arround the stairs out of the way but they will not leave. This is so annoying, please help me.

As you've already tried testingcheatsenabled true which I would have suggested, maybe try saving the house to the library, bulldozing the lot which it was on and putting it back and see what happens?
