How to find my Sims 3 Registration Code when I register online [ Edited ]

I had a virus problem with my computer and I lose all my sims games.  Also, I cannot find the instruction information with the code inside my Sims 3 boxes    The marker are still on my computer, I just need the Registration code to reload the Sims 3 Games.   I did give the Sims 3 website those registration codes many years ago  I just want to retreat that information for this purpose.    My webpage on the Sims 3 games is davidv1414.
