Um i bought the sims 3 seasons from origin like 4 days ago, and i can't play it at all.
I think i know what the problem is, it's that my sims 3 account isn't connected to my origin account. Because whenever i go to the sims 3 launcher, it says unable to connect to origin and i am unable to play the sims 3. I have emailed ea and i have not gotten a response. I am highly upset that i am unable to play this game when i spent $40.00 on it. If anyone has any solutions, please let me know.

Is the account that you use to log into your Sims games / the Sims 3 website the same as your Origin account?
