How to Install the Sims 3 with no Disc Drive?

I've owned these games for a while, and the new laptop I have will not play my discs so I can install them.

I can't seem to find a way to download the games and then use my serial numbers to have it work. The only way I can download it is if I purchase my games all over again.

And I'm poor. I can't afford to buy the games again.

@egodang  Download the Origin client (google EA Origin) for your computer. Then redeem the code(s) in Origin (upper left click Origin then click redeem product code...). Once your game appears in Origin you can download and install the game. Once the game patches to version 1.69 you will no longer required to have a disc in the drive to play. Origin will be the new DRM.
