I recently bought the Sims 3 Expansion Pack bundle for my daughter (Adventure & Generations) and I made a new account to pay and buy the game. I found out that it automatically registers to the account and after awhile we figured out how to download the actual game through Origin, but her base game and her University expansion pack are a hard copy (the bundle pack we just bought was the digital copy) and she downloaded them to her account. She tells me that she read somewhere that each digitial copy can be downloaded on five seperate computers and so I should be able to find a registration code that she can use on her Origin account, but whenever she tries to use the serial codes sent, they are 'invalid'.
We are trying to download the bundle expansions onto her computer with the new Origin account open, but we are unsure if it will download properly to the base game. Any help?

if i understand right the base game and uni are on a different account but are wanting to add the other games to the original games ? they need to be with the same account you wil have to contact CS they might be able to hel p you merge the accounts
