How do I add expansion packs to Origin?

I have several Sims 3 expansion packs downloaded onto my desktop. I recently bought a laptop computer with no disk drive, and am trying to add all of my expansion packs to Origin so I can play on my laptop, as the graphics are much better. How do I add the expansion packs to Origin if they've already been downloaded onto the computer?

@KayBee_2213 If you log in to Origin client using the account you have the game and expansions on, then the Sims 3 base game tile should show in the client. To download the base game just select the 'Download' button after clicking the tile. For the expansions, right click the base games tile and select 'View Game Details'.
