Yesterday I bought Hidden Springs; in the box just came a code (no disc) which you use on the website to download the game.
When I put the code in, it says "The code you entered has already been used. Please check the code entered and try again. If you continue to receive this error it may be that the code has already been applied. If you need further assistance, please go to Contact Us.".
I emailed and didn't get a response. I've definitely put the code in right.
What can I do?

Where did you try to redeem the code ? On thesims3.com or on Origin ?
Did you check your purchase history: https://store.thesims3.com/purchaseHistory.html ?
