Hello my name is keri cramer, and i got the sims 3 for christmas two years ago.  I loved every second of it, problem is my PC laptop crashed. I got a new mac book pro..went to install it and i realized i do not have the verification code anymore. I did have it, but it has been two years and i must have put it some where and never remembered... please help me .

You need to contact Customer Support.
