I had a sims account back in 2009 when I first got the sims 3. It always kept me logged in so today I baught one of the sims packages and it took the money out of the bank and everything but I couldn't get to it. So I thought maybe I needed to get on to the actual website instead of the game and it wouldn't log me in. My dad was the one who made up the password and I couldn't remember it and neither could he. So he went in and finally figured it out and changed the email to mine and I put in my own password. When I logged into the sims (I did NOT create a new account) it said I never purchased amything and I had no sim points but it says on my bbt account that I did buy it. Idk what to do. I need my money back or get what I payed for!
