Help, Expansion Pack isn't in game

I downloaded the Sims 3 Starter pack through origin and when i go on the game only late night appears in the game, but in origin it says Design and High End Loft stuff pack is not in game, but in origin it says its installed.

Sorry for any confusion caused.

Could you please check the Sims 3 launchers 'Expansions & Stuff' tab to make sure that pack is enabled (ticked)?

The Expansions and Stuff tab isn't on my launcher, the only tabs are: Welcome, Downloads, Uploads, Installed Content and Game Updates

Are you by any chance on a Mac? If you are on Windows computer, please make sure the game is fully up-to-date - right click the Sims 3 game tile in Origin and select 'Update'.

Yes I am on a mac computer, and the game is fully up to date.

That explains it @NatFeast, Mac launcher does not have this feature, sorry for my confusion.

This does make things more interesting though, if Origin is saying the packs are installed the content should show up in-game.

If you check build mode in-game (or buy mode) do none of the items from High End Loft show?

I have the same problem as well on a Mac. I can't get my Supernatural pack to show up on launcher even though it says installed and ready to play on origin.
