HELP!!!!

When i go to press the uninstall button in the installed content section in the game launcher, the little  thing that is suppost to uninstall content comes up, goes black for a while then crashes. It does this even when i reinstall the game. Also when i load the game up, it also goes black for a while then crashes. Is there a solution? THANKS!
