my sims 3 game launcher says im offline when im connected to the internet and ive restarted my computer i dont know what to do someone please help me

Have you tried clicking the log in button if there is one?

Yes and it still says I'm offline it won't let me log into my sims account until I'm online but I'm connected to the Internet
