MY GAME WILL NOT WORK AT ALL I CAN LOAD THE GAME LAUNCHER BUT NOTHING PAST THAT POINT AND I ALSO CAN NOT INSTALL ANYTHING FROM THE SIMS STORE OR THE SIMS EXCHANGE.

What's your operating system ? What happens when you try to install content ? Do you get any error messages ?

Try to give more info.
