HELP ME I NEED IT SO BAD :c [ Edited ]

So, I got the Sims 3 Starter Pack and when I put in the base game disc to download it, it just brought me to origin, when i put my mouse over it, it says "play" but, when i try to install any EP's, it says to install the base game. So, I went to control panel and The Sims 3 was no installed. I do not know how to install it, if i try regularly it doesnt install. Help? (Im probably like the only one who has this problemmileysad

Please understand that I am only a user like you. I don't work for EA and I do this in my own time. I'll do my best to help you though.

What I would like you to do, is this: 

• register all your games on Origin
• manually uninstall the Sims 3 http://help.ea.com/za/article/manually-uninstalling-the-sims-3/ (as well as the other games - search on Google: manually uninstall the Sims 3 x) 
• Open Origin and download the games from there
