Glitch - Loop error

I have just bought and downloaded Sims 3.  When I try to play, it asks me for all my login info over and over and the furthest it takes me is to a screen that lets me chose and identity and agree to terms and privacy policy.  when I do that and hit login, it just keeps coming back to that page.  Getting very frustrated!!

try clear the internet cache and switch browsers if on chrome try IE or firefox
