Geting hep changeing account info?

first off sorry for my spelling

i have an account issue, i cant remeber my password for my other account (the one i have my games linked to) and the email is the same issue. is there a way for me to get a password or email change? i have most the info from the account i even have the PC with the ip of mane play

if not is there a way to contact EA to transfer my points and things i have gotten from the store?
