Games not showing up

Over a year or two ago i bought 3 sims game, The sims 3 showtime, generations,a nd the sims 2 double deluxe and now they dont show up in my games. Why? also i bought one pack of the sims 3 point for $20 and it doesnt work either. Im ready to give up on you guys.

Are you using the same account that you originally bought them with? The same email address and password?
