Game not in Purchase History

I redeemed my code for Mother Russia, several days ago, but my game is still not in my purchase history. Can someone tell me why and how to retrieve my game?

mother Russia is a sims3 DLC build set with some clothing too downloaded from the sims 3 account-my store account-purchase history

you did redeem the code for mother Russia in the Sims 3 account. Yes? if so logging out and back in usually works for purchase history to refresh and show items

if you redeemed the code in Origin instead you'll need to contact CS
