Game asking me to re register

I bought Sims 3 when it first came out and registered it then. But now, I'm trying to download items from The Exchange, but when I try, it tells me that I need to register a game. I tried putting in the code from the one I bought, but it doesn't work. Help please?

Looking at your account on thesims3.com, there are no registered games on there.

 

So, you either used another account when you first bought it or they somehow magically disappeard.

 

Either way, if you don't know what other account it could be, you'll need to get in touch with a customer support game advisor

  2. Set your language to US at the bottom
  3. Click on Contact a game advisor 
  4. Describe your issue with a few words
  5. Click on Find a Solution
  6. Select Product: ex: The Sims 3 or Origin
  7. Select Issue Type: ex: Billing/Purchasing or Account Management
  8. Select Platform: PC
  9. Click Find solution
  10. Scroll down and click I still need help
  11. Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor
