Expansion packs issue

So I happen to be caught in a bit of a predicament here. When I was like 10 my mom made me this account when she was buying me an expansion pack for the sims 3, just one expansion pack. I have like 5 others on my actual account and now with the new way the expansions work I can't play the one on this account unless I'm signed in, same with the other 5 on the other account. I have no clue what to do to get it onto the other account. It may be something simple that I just don't know but it has been very frustrating for me to say the least.
