Expansion pack disk codes unredeemable on Origin [ Edited ]

So about 2 years ago I bought the World Adventures and late Night expansion packs for the Sims 3 on disk. I recently had to wipe my hard drive and am now reinstalling all my sims 3 stuff, however, I can't find the disks for Late night and World Adventures.

because I got the game on disk they didn't appear in my origin library so I couldn't just re-download them.

I tried to enter the serial codes from the game boxes into origin and when I put them in it would come up with the product description and then say "this code has already been redeemed"

Will I need to re-purchase the games in order to re-download them?

I've already entered the codes into the sims 3 website and it accepted them but they're not appearing on origin

Please keep in mind that if you bought the game off Origin, it is AUTOMATICALLY registered FOR YOU! To get your accounts connected, simply use the same details as you use for Origin.
