Every Time I Open The Sims 3 Launcher I get A Pop-Up That Says "Unable To Connect with Origin"

Okay So, Yeah Ive had this problem with I first Download Origin and made an account for the Sims3.com. Everything was going fine. I didnt get the Current Version because when I went on the Game Update Tap On The Launcher, It said that my game was up to date. I dont know How to get the current version, Also, I didnt get a pop-up or anything about getting the Current version. Also at that time I was getting the "Unable to Connect with Origin" I jut ignored it but Maybe I Thought I could get that error fixed and I would be able to get the current version. So this is Basiclly My Issue, Problem.
2 Questions: How Do I Connect my Origin Account To my Sims 3 Accout? How Do I Download or Install the Current Update WITHOUT The Launcher?
