I have done the manual uninstall of the Sims 3 and all the expansions I have for it and even did the same for Origin. I downloaded Origin again, and the Sims 3. When I go to update the game, I get a message saying, "Error: Cannot connect to EA Download Manager." Just bought The Seasons expansion pack and it won't let me install without the game being completely up to date, but the game isn't letting me update it.......... What do I do? I've never had this problem before.

I only have the base game, and that message comes up everytime I open my game launcher but I've been able to update fine as far as I know. I'll go to the updates page of the launcher and they appear to download correctly. ~MG58
