This is the non response I received. Still no phone number. That's all I want is a phone number to talk to a HUMAN so I can get this issue resolved. Is that asking to much???

When you go to their contact page, you should have the option to leave your phone number and then someone should call you (no idea if that works).

I'm sure the link has been posted somewhere in this thread.
