Hello! I need help. My code for Dragon Valley has been used. I bought a DVD and when I tried to redeems code I received the message. How Can I have another code without pay for more?
The serial code for Dragon Valley has four areas with four numbers or letters in each, but when I go to register the game it asks for four.

1.Go to thesims3.com and log in with your account
2.Go to the general redeem a code page: http://www.thesims3.com/incentive/generalredeem.ht
3.Enter the 16-letter code (this is not for 20-letter codes) and click on Submit
4.Go to your purchase history to download the world (make sure your game is updated to the newest version)
if your code is invalid you need to contact CS They can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up. If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
