Dragon Valley Installation

I got the Dragon Valley world by buying the CD from Best Buy. The installation went perfectly, but when I had to input the code into the launcher, it said that the code had already been used, but I checked my game and Dragon Valley wasn't installed. Can somebody help me??? mileysad:

first check your purchase history on the sims 3 account to see if dragon valley is there to download and install it ,dragon valley is a world you redeem the code in your the sims 3 account then from your purchase history download and install the world to play with dragon valley once downloaded and installed it will be in the main menu +new game to select the world to play in you will still play from whatever game you normally play from
