Dragon Valley Dowload and Update Issues

So I just bought the Dragon Valley Bundle and it won't download.  I think it might be an update issue since when I try to update it just says 'Can't connect to EA manager'.  (Despite being logged in.)  Oh and this is after it already dowloaded the Couture Fashions stuff just fine.  I have an HP with Windows Vista if that helps and here's the log error information:

*Note: this wouldn't copy and paste, so I had to type it by hand.  Hopefully there is no mistakes.

naw your game is not patched up to date which that in it's self CAN affect downloading from the the sims 3 site

see this guide before installing the patch your going to need the super patch BEFORE doing this as sometimes saved games can go missing with an up date you can copy and paste your saves folder to the desktop for now

quick question does origin open instead when your trying to download your world from the sims 3 site ?

No, just the game launcher.

I'm currently trying to do the super patch to see if that will fix my issues.

i ws about to ask to check your version number in the launcher the latest is 1.67 hover the mouse over the base game  icon to fond the version number

1.29  Definitely need an update.  Usually I play the Ambitions Expansion... could that have effected things?
