Dragon Valley Bundle-- Points not showing up

Hi, I recently purchased the Dragon Valley Gold Bundle, which says it should come with 1900 store points; however, these point are not showing up in my account. What can be done about this?

log out of the sims 3 account and log back in this may get the page to refresh/reload
