Downloading problems

Hi so I recently purchased the sims 3 town Roaring Heights from origin, along with other expansion packs which have dowloaded into my game with no problem. This game is shown in my purchase history and it says the status is fufilled. However when i go to my games it shows all the games i purchased but roaring heights. I tried moving in my sims 3 game and it is not an option for a town to live in. How do I put this town into my game?

RH is a world and not a game/pack and won't appear in Origin. You need to download RH like a store item and it should appear in your purchase history.
