Downloading lots

What is missing EP and SP, it want downloas or other things lots because of this

EP =expansion pack SP= stuff pack so say i have the late night pack you don't but i build a lot with items from the late night EP (expansion pack ) and you download that lot the items i used to build the lot should be replaced with items you do own ( you should also get a message will be replaced with proxies or something like that which means items you own will repalce the ones you don't own)
