Download issue

Hi, I tried to download the Sims3. My screen seemed to freeze and my order was never confirmed. How do I know if it actually went through and how long will it take for the download to appear (I don't see it now, so I believe it never downloaded, but I don't want to pay more than once for the same product). Thank you!

Did you order on Origin ? Are you on a PC ?

Can you see the Order in Origin at all ?
