`Download content and more

I installed Sims 3 and all my extra content on my new computer. Since doing this, I have not been able to access my purchase history, download any of the free content that is in the store, download the bonus content for the expansion packs that I have, enter the code for bonus content, or even accept the bonus SimPoints that were given to me when I registered my new expansion packs. When I bring up the game launcher, I get a script error and the welcome screen won't load. Please help me fix these issues. Also, the last message I posted on here disappeared.
