Disappered my packs

I am Korean so I am NOT GOOD english

I bought SIMS3, six expansion packs and two item packs

I did not play for a while but I turned on the game today.

Turned on the game I did not have ALL expansion packs and item packs

Where's my pack? How do I find it again?

@tlsdbfl0205  Is your base game in Origin? Is your computer a pc or mac? Did you check Origin - right click the game icon - click show game details - click extra content. This should show the status of all game expansion packs.
