I had to reinstall my The Sims 3 Starter Pack due to the updates. I haven't played for 2 months. so I put my codes in for my games and it says it already been used. How do i get my games back? I paid $30 and didnt want waste it. I love playing my games. I haven't played for 2 months due being busy. Can i get new codes or i can redeem my codes. I even tried redeemed the codes and it says it already been used.
